Shipping Terms

Please note the following:

  • The order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 12pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

  • All items are available from stock in the U.K. unless stated in the product description. 
  • Deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

  • You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

  • All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@newmenmedical.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If the item is faulty we will provide a returns label otherwise we request you return using a tracked postage method.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
